I. Subscription instructions
(1) Free trial period
If the selected subscription plan includes a free trial, you
will receive a 3-day trial period after subscribing, during
which you can access all Picsman features without being
charged. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will
automatically begin and the system will charge you, unless you
cancel during the trial period. Once the paid subscription
begins, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing
cycle unless you cancel it manually.
(2) No free trial period
If the selected subscription plan does not include a free
trial, your payment will be charged immediately upon
confirmation of the subscription. Once the payment is
successfully processed, you will have full access to all
Picsman features. The subscription will automatically renew at
the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the
next billing date.
II. Get a refund
After completing the purchase, no refunds are supported except
in special circumstances. If you need a refund for the
following reasons, you can contact us and provide a reasonable
explanation for the refund:
• Compatibility issues between our app and the customer’s
hardware, which cannot be resolved by our technical
department.
• Other major technical problems that cannot be resolved.
• Incorrect purchases and requests for replacement with other
products from our product list.
• Repetitive purchases due to platform errors.
• Even after contacting our support center, the account cannot
be activated.
III. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling
your subscription, your subscription will continue until the
next billing date.
(1) Purchase from the website
If you purchase from our website, you can cancel your
subscription through the following steps:
1. Open the website homepage and click your profile photo in
the upper right corner.
2. Click the "Your Subscription" button to enter your
subscription page.
3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
4. After confirming your subscription information, click the
"Cancel" button and your subscription will be cancelled.
(2) Purchase from the APP
If you purchased from our APP, you can cancel your
subscription according to the methods provided by Apple and
