I. Subscription instructions
Picsman PRO is a one-time payment plan with no automatic
renewal required. Once the purchase is completed, you can
enjoy unlimited access to all Picsman features during the
validity period of the plan. When the plan expires, you may
choose to renew it manually based on your needs.
II. Get a refund
After completing the purchase, no refunds are supported except
in special circumstances. If you need a refund for the
following reasons, you can contact us and provide a reasonable
explanation for the refund:
• Compatibility issues between our app and the customer’s
hardware, which cannot be resolved by our technical
department.
• Other major technical problems that cannot be resolved.
• Incorrect purchases and requests for replacement with other
products from our product list.
• Repetitive purchases due to platform errors.
• Even after contacting our support center, the account cannot
be activated.
